- We will consign the merchandise within one to two days after the receipt of your order under normal circumstances.
- All the goods will be dispatched from China.
- Two modes of dispatch are provided. EMS which means Express Mail Service (equivalent to USPS) whose shipping fee is free of cost, and the packets will arrive your side within five to ten days. The other method is that via FedEx, TNT, and UPS to dispatch packets within three to four days with additional expense of 30 dollars.
- Countries listed below are free of shipping charge: USA, UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Switzerland, Belgium, Ireland, Denmark, Japan, Portugal, Norway, Greece, Singapore, and Vietnam. In addition, following countries are in need of paying another 30 dollars for shipping fee: Holland, Iraq, Russia, Poland, and Iran. Besides, for shipping charge, Brazil is for 10 dollars, and Guadeloupe is for 50 dollars.
- Arrival of the goods should be checked and signed by adults at home. If no adult is available, the packets will be return to local post office. Please contact with local office in time

- If it’s our mistake we send the product which size, color or style doesn’t correspond with your order, we will dispatch the correct one in accordance with your order for free as soon as possible.
